In 2001, a tournament tradition was started: a Parent/Child tournament called the Family Classic. That year, 450 participants battled it out in 16 events throughout Connecticut to play the finals alongside the pros during the tournament. Today, the Family Classic boasts 5,000 participants in over 90 events spanning 8 states. The finalists and winners are presented their trophies in true championship style on Stadium court.
